Creating Your Account
- Navigate to the Qroperty sign-up page
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Check your inbox for a verification email
- Click the verification link to activate your account
- Sign in to access your dashboard

Creating Property Links
Adding a New Property
- Click + New Property from the dashboard
- Enter the property address
- Qroperty auto-generates a slug based on the address (e.g.,
123-main-street) - (Optional) Customize the slug to something memorable
- Enter the destination URL (your listing page, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
- Click Create
Custom Slugs
Make your links memorable and brandable:

Best practices for slugs:
- Keep them short (under 20 characters)
- Use hyphens, not spaces
- Make them descriptive but concise
- Avoid special characters
Permanent IDs
Every property link has a permanent ID that never changes. This means:
- You can update the slug anytime without breaking existing QR codes
- Printed materials stay valid even after slug changes
- Old links automatically redirect to the new slug
QR Codes
Generating QR Codes
QR codes are automatically generated for every property link. To access them:
- Open any property from your dashboard
- Click the QR Code tab
- Your QR code is displayed and ready to use
Downloading QR Codes
Choose the format that works best for your use case:
PNG Format
- Best for: Digital use, social media, emails
- Click Download PNG
- Available in multiple resolutions
SVG Format
- Best for: Print materials, large formats, professional printing
- Click Download SVG
- Scales infinitely without quality loss

Subscription Management

Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select Free
- Confirm downgrade
- Pro features remain until end of billing period
Note: If you have more than 5 properties, you'll need to archive some before downgrading.
Cancellation
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Your data remains accessible on the Free plan
